Refund policy
We want you to love every product you purchase from Solshine Hair. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll help you with a refund, return, or exchange within 30 days of purchase. You can get started here.
You can also reach out to us at returns@solshinehair.com and let us know how we can help. Please be sure to include your order number and the email address used. When doing a refund, please be mindful that it can take several days for a credit to process back to your account.
We can only process returns for purchases made on solshinehair.com. If you purchased an item through one of our partner salons or retail outlets, unfortunately, we cannot process a return.
Only unused products in their original condition are eligible for returns, refunds, and exchanges.
Final Sale and Discounts
Items marked as final sale or purchased with a discount cannot be returned.
